JD
Streett continues support for MDA
March 24, 2005

J. D. Streett & Company
has been actively supporting the MDA – Jerry’s
Kids – for more than a decade.
Last year through the hard
work of both their dealers and own retail personnel the company
raised $74,439.00 for the MDA.
The 2005 year is off to an
excellent start with the Holiday Stocking funds raiser bringing
in $15877.00 and the annual Shamrock program adding $23,033.
These program are coupled with retail location coin boxes
that average more than $500 monthly.
May 9 is the date for the
annual J. D. Streett/MDA Golf Tournament which is the largest
funds raiser of all the programs in the year. Based on performance
to date, it appears that the firm will eclipse previous annual
totals.
The company awards individual
prizes to personnel who excel in their support of the MDA
as well as providing a rotating “MDA Big Dog” unit
plaque for the highest achiever for each program. Additionally,
all company locations display a MDA plaque showing total
J. D. Streett & Company donations for each year.
The MDA is the designated
charity for J. D. Streett’s community based marketing
program.
